Please note that if we fail to receive a deposit we consider the booking to be unconfirmed and reserve the right to let the accomodation requested to other guests.

Upon receipt of the deposit your booking is confirmed and we will acknowledge receipt along with a sketch map detailing how to find us.

Once we have verbally taken your details we will ask you to send us a deposit in the form of a cheque made payable to Mrs Mary Bray.

Please note that as we are a working sheep farm the B&B is closed during March and April due to lambing taking place.
