The buildings at the rear of the farmhouse have been tastefully converted in to a self catering annexe that can accomodate up to four people.

Upstairs there is a bathroom and a double bedroom. All bed linen in the form of duvets is included as are towels.

Downstairs the sitting room contains a three seater sofa and two armchairs with a sofa bed that opens into a double bed. The sitting room is of such a size that even with the sofa bed in use the room can still be used satisfactory as a seating area. This room also contains a 28" colour television with freeview and a video/DVD player. There is a good supply of DVDS's, books and magazines

The kitchen area is very substantial and very well equiped far and above what is usually found in self catering accomodation. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, fridge/freezer and a large kitchen table.  There is ample cupbaord space and workspace area with a large central island. The kitchen is also home to the woodburner stove which is sited in the inglenook fireplace that was once home to the bread oven. All the original features of the brick built bread oven have been retained. The heating supplied by the woodstove is in addition to the oil fired central heating system, logs for the stove are included in the price as is the electric.

To the rear of the premises there is a large enclosed furnished patio area which can be accessed through patio doors either from the kitchen or the sitting room.

There is ample off road secure parking for two cars with easy access to the annexe.
